The KX-TDA50G comes with two cards pre-installed. (3) The center section is for four-port cards of various types. The left section is for special feature modules, such as door intercom, echo cancellation, and Caller Id for single-line phones. (2) There are three sections for installing the modules. You will probably need a wire cutter ("dikes') or a knife.

Open the top of the KX-TDA50 cabinet and find the locations where you will install the modules, and pop out the blank plastic filler plates from the front panel.
